Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts; macros a plus).
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to automate tasks or build workflows.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Development — Build and refine AI-powered tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM platforms to improve sales team efficiency.
• Advanced Excel Modeling — Create dashboards, reports, and data models using pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques.
• Sales Data Support — Clean, organize, and analyze sales data to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
• Process Optimization — Identify inefficiencies and propose AI- or Excel-based solutions to streamline workflows.
• Cross-Team Collaboration — Partner with sales representatives and managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Tool & System Enhancement — Support improvements to CRM data quality, reporting templates, and internal documentation.
