Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in Charlotte to retain customers and upsell Spectrum services. The role involves handling billing inquiries, service questions, and complaints, while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience in customer service or phone sales.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of cable communications products including video, data and voice.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries, product questions and service complaints.
• Apply telephone-based techniques to retain customers and upsell Spectrum’s services.
• Maintain professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Achieve and exceed activity goals by following call handling metrics.
• Master order processing within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales entries.
• Explain Spectrum’s products and compare them to competitors.
• Support efforts to enhance the customer experience through every transaction.
