Job summary

Massage Envy Moreno Valley is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative who is energetic, confident, and motivated by helping guests while driving sales. You will educate clients on massage therapy, skincare services, and stretch sessions, and actively promote memberships and retail products to support long-term wellness goals.

This part-time role requires evening and weekend availability, with opportunities to earn commissions and participate in monthly team bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Creating an exceptional first impression for every guest entering the clinic.
• Educating clients on benefits of massage therapy, skincare services, and assisted stretch sessions.
• Recommending wellness memberships designed to support long-term client wellness goals.
• Driving membership sales and earning commission on every successful enrollment.
• Promoting retail products recommended by service providers to support guest wellness routines.
• Building strong client relationships to improve retention and long-term membership value.
• Managing appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, phone calls, and email communication.
• Supporting daily front desk operations while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

This is not your typical front desk position. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients about wellness services, confidently recommending memberships and retail products, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.15 – $17.90 per hour
