Job summary

Massage Envy in Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide excellent service both over the phone and in person. You will present and sell our wellness program, schedule appointments, and upsell enhancements and retail products to members and guests.

You will also help maintain inventory, build strong relationships with clients and coworkers, and contribute to a positive work culture with growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to present and sell wellness programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle over the phone and in-person customer interactions.
• Present and sell the wellness program with ~30% closing target.
• Schedule appointments and upsell enhancements and retail products.
• Manage inventory processes.
• Build empathetic relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Accept constructive feedback to grow professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current service offerings and promotions.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.
