Massage Envy is seeking team members to provide excellent customer service and promote wellness programs in our California clinics. Responsibilities

• Over the phone and in-person customer service interactions
• Presenting and selling the wellness program (maintain 30% sales closing)
• Scheduling appointments and upselling enhancements and retail products
• Manage inventory processes
• Building empathetic relationships with clients and co-workers
• Accepting constructive feedback in a professional manner that promotes growth
• Demonstrating and maintaining knowledge of all current service offerings and promotions
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
