Responsibilities

• Over the phone and in-person customer service interactions.
• Presenting and SELLING the wellness program with a 30% sales closing.
• Scheduling appointments and upselling enhancements and retail products.
• Manage inventory processes.
• Building empathetic relationships with clients and co-workers.
• Accepting constructive feedback to promote growth.
• Demonstrating knowledge of current service offerings and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
