Job summary

Massage Envy O Street in Lincoln, NE is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will greet guests, schedule services, and educate clients on massage and skincare offerings while supporting a welcoming clinic environment.

The role offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, paid time off for full-time staff, and opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Training is provided to help you grow in wellness careers.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills, multitasking.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, schedule services, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
