Job summary

Massage Envy Reston North Point is seeking team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will greet guests, book services, educate clients on the Wellness Program, and help expand the client base both in-store and via outreach.

We offer hourly pay of $15–$17, employer-paid health plans for full-time employees, paid time off, paid training, and perks such as massage/skincare discounts and retail savings. Flexible full-time/part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services and promote homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
