Job summary

Massage Envy East Market at Fair Lakes is hiring for full-time and part-time roles in a busy retail/wellness setting. You will greet guests, explain services, upsell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and book future visits while promoting homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; promote retail purchases as recommended.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and manage clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
