Massage Envy Burlington - NC is seeking team members for full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced wellness retail setting. You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and help grow our member base while promoting services and retail products.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and demonstrate math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills with guest relationship building.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Wellness Program; promote services.
• Book services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
