Job summary

Elements Massage, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service to help clients select wellness plans and feel valued in a supportive, spa‑like setting.

You will follow a proven sales process, listen carefully to clients, and cultivate loyalty while providing attentive service. Competitive pay includes bonuses and benefits, with commissions on wellness plan sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; attention, hospitality, and execution.

• The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications
