Job summary

PacMin Studios is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant & Customer Relations Rep to support the Sales department and nurture customer relationships. The role emphasizes responsive service, accurate order entry, and collaborative teamwork in a dynamic, production-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates will have prior office administration or customer relations experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer general, customer relations, and sales lines; assist callers.
• Manage sales inquiry mailbox; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Enter order, quote, and shipping data as needed.
• Follow up on active orders to address production/shipping issues.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure correct shipping per sales direction.
• Schedule meetings for the Sales team; coordinate logistics.
