Job summary

PacMin Studios is seeking a Sales Assistant & Customer Relations Rep to provide essential support to the Sales department. You will handle inquiries, manage orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipping while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have prior office administration or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Administration, Customer Relations, Account Management, or Customer Sales.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer General, Customer Relations, and Sales phone lines; assist callers with inquiries.
• Manage Sales inquiry mailbox in Microsoft Excel; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with order, quote, and shipping information data entry requests as needed.
• Follow up on active orders to address production or shipping concerns.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure products ship as instructed by Sales.
• Schedule meetings for the Sales team and keep stakeholders informed.
• Contact customers or freight carriers to obtain shipping details when needed.
• Prepare sales, logistics and production reports for management.
• Provide customers with timely order status updates and graphics inquiries.
