Wheelers of Marshfield is seeking a Sales Customer Care Specialist-BDC Sales Agent to generate leads by phone and email, qualify prospects, and schedule sales appointments. You will maintain CRM records and support the sales team with a focus on conversion and retention.

Wheelers of Marshfield is currently looking for a Sales Customer Care Specialist-BDC Sales Agent. The Customer Care Specialist generates and qualifies leads via phone and email, schedules sales appointments, and maintains CRM records while delivering strong customer service to support conversion and retention.

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests in products or services.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Customer Care Specialist Qualifications

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to sit for a long period of time
• Strong Computer Skills
• Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred
• Serves as telephone back-up.
• Answers product and service information.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• At least 18 years of age
• Other tasks as assigned.

Experience

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)

Education

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Salary

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm & rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm
