Job summary

Mirabella at Arizona State University, located on the ASU campus in Tempe, seeks a Full-Time Sales Counselor to build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the sales journey. You will manage a lead pipeline, conduct tours, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and care teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

This role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic senior living

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or experience in senior living or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other technology tools used to support the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with qualified prospects and guide them through the sales process using a personalized, relationship-based approach.
• Manage a pipeline of leads, conduct tours and sales activities, maintain CRM records, and help convert prospects into residents.
• Schedule and complete daily sales activities while maintaining accurate documentation and demonstrating measurable results.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and prospect feedback to strengthen sales efforts and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and community teams to ensure an exceptional experience for prospective and new residents.

Mirabella at Arizona State University is a premier Life Plan Community located on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Counselor to build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, guide them through the sales process, and help them discover the benefits of community living. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship-building and helping others make important life decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships with qualified prospects and guide them through the sales process using a personalized, relationship-based approach.
• Manage a pipeline of leads, conduct tours and sales activities, maintain CRM records, and help convert prospects into residents.
• Schedule and complete daily sales activities while maintaining accurate documentation and demonstrating measurable results.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and prospect feedback to strengthen sales efforts and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and community teams to ensure an exceptional experience for prospective and new residents.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or experience in senior living or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other technology tools used to support the sales process.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with a passion for helping older adults.
