Job description

BridgeTower Media is seeking a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator.

This is a part-time role at 24 hours per week and will be remote after training.

The candidate should be based in or around the Richmond, Virginia area.

What will you be Responsible for?

• Preparations for key meetings
• Utilize company technology and software systems to provide detailed reports and tracking
• Manage projects that support our team and clients
• Be the go-to resource for the company CRM tool, etc.
• Coordinate all sales materials and execution for related markets and events
• Develop special tracking reports as needed

What skills does the job require?

• Previous successful experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Project Manager is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent prioritization skills
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, work independently, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download speed
