Job summary

Influential is seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with our West Coast sales team. We are looking for a dynamic people-person who can help us translate client learnings into client materials that closely address their needs.

You’ll create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging our reporting, understand client needs to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction, and assist on all operational needs including Salesforce reporting

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in social, digital, online or advertising environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external teams.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging reporting.
• Understand client needs and goals to ensure campaign performance and satisfaction.
• Understand client asks and keys to win for successful proposals.
• Assist on all operational needs, including Salesforce reporting.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboards.
• Continually learn about new products and pre-sale needs.
• Assist Operations with influencer selection.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and 1:1s.
• Learn agency structure and industry dynamics.
