Job summary

Amplify People seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator in Houston to convert designs into complete proposals, manage procurement and vendor coordination, and track ordering and costing across projects.

The role requires detail-oriented communication, proactive collaboration with design and operations teams, and the ability to push multiple proposals forward while ensuring funding is secured.

Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through on documentation, quoting, and purchase tracking.
• Excellent communicator who asks questions and speaks up.
• Naturally curious and quick to pick up new software platforms.
• Comfortable working in project management and quoting software.
• Local to the Houston, TX area with occasional travel to Spicewood.

Responsibilities

• Build and finalize project proposals and quotes from completed system designs.
• Manage day-to-day procurement and vendor relationships, sourcing materials for active projects.
• Track inventory, purchase orders, and job costing to keep materials organized and on schedule.
• Hold the line on purchasing until funding is confirmed.
• Communicate proactively with design and operations teams to keep proposals moving.
• Help reduce proposal turnaround time by working quotes efficiently and accurately.
• Travel occasionally (~10-15%) to Spicewood for training and project site visits.
