Publicis Groupe — Influential is seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with our West Coast sales team. We are looking for a dynamic people-person who can help translate client learnings into client materials that closely address their needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
• Media experience ideal, not required

Responsibilities

• Create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging our reporting
• Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction
• Understand the specifics of the client ask, the keys to win, and any other parameters that will set up the proposal for success with a lean on client learnings.
• Assist on all operational needs, including salesforce related reporting and client requests.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting
• Continually learn about new products and leverage knowledge on pre-sale needs
• Assist Operations Team with influencer selection
• Participate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1s
• Proactively learn agency structure and industry
