Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 year degree preferred.
• Experience in sales support, client service, or insurance operations is desirable.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new business and renewal opportunities within CRM platforms.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up activities for clients.
• Prepare and assemble proposals, renewal packages, and presentations.
• Facilitate communication among sales, underwriting, implementation, carrier, and client stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
• Maintain sales documentation and carrier information in CRM systems.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and support timely completion of activities.
• Assist with business development activities and onboarding for new clients.
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Handle additional projects and duties as assigned.
