Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Customer Success Managers and the Business Development Manager in the home-building facility. You will quote homes, convert quotes to orders, and help manage schedules and production readiness.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication by phone or email. It offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, through email, and over phone.
• Able to work well within a team – humble, hungry, people smart.

Responsibilities

• Quote homes via phone and email, convert quotes to orders, cancel orders as needed.
• Complete vinyl releases / AC / SC forms.
• Prepare orders for release to production with signoffs.
• Assign serial numbers and update production change orders as needed.
• Log orders and keep retailer database updated.
• Update material and parts in reports and layouts as required.
