Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Customer Success Managers and Business Development within the Home Building Facility. The role involves quoting homes by phone and email, converting quotes to orders, and preparing production-ready releases and confirmations.

You will also work with engineering on prints and help manage schedules, backlog, and retailer data. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, through email, and over phone.
• Able to work well within a team – humble, hungry, people smart.

Responsibilities

• Quote homes via phone and email, convert quotes to orders, and cancel orders as needed.
• Prepare and release prints and confirmations; assign serial numbers and production change orders.
• Attend meetings with production and update schedules and backlog.
• Log orders in SharePoint and keep retailer database updated.
• Create new options and manage pricing with purchasing for models 45L and Energy Star reports.
• Handle shipping, freight input, and invoicing with financial institutions.
• Collaborate with other facilities to align production schedules as needed.
