Raymond Storage Concepts in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and keep orders moving from receipt to delivery. This onsite role collaborates with sales reps, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has detail focus, strong organization, and experience in sales support, customer service, and MS Office. Prior experience with CRM/ERP is a plus, and a degree in business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator or sales support role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong customer service mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the sales order process from receipt to delivery.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Representatives.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, transportation, scheduling, and costings.
• Calculate gross profit and support commission reporting.
• Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Accounting, Service, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Ensure accurate order entry and proactive customer communication.
• Resolve billing and receivable issues with Accounting while delivering service.
• Identify and resolve order-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
