You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain accuracy and timely communication, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the sales order process from receipt to delivery.
• Provide administrative and operational support to assigned Sales Representatives.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, transportation arrangements, installation scheduling, and final order costing.
• Calculate gross profit and support commission reporting.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations, Accounting, Service, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve billing and receivable issues while delivering excellent customer service.
