Job summary

MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support for property and corporate Sales Executives. You will act as a liaison between property and clients, ensuring service aligned with MGM’s standards while handling reservations, travel, and events.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and one year of customer-facing experience in a busy resort setting, delivering polished guest service and supporting show-stopping experiences

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a high-volume resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and special handling alerts.
• Manage travel advisor requests and liaise with operations teams to fulfill requests.
• Provide knowledge of resort activities, services, and amenities to clients.
• Coordinate site/FAM tour agendas and prepare keys, dining, and client coordination.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Sales executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain confidential files.
• Deliver service aligned with MGM Resorts’ standards and maintain client relationships.
