Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a high-volume resort setting.
• Ability to provide high-level administrative support to multiple Sales Executives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.

Aufgaben

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities.
• Manage travel advisor requests and liaison with property operations to fulfill needs.
• Be a resource on activities, services and amenities within the resort.
• Coordinate site/FAM tour agendas, keys, dining, and client coordination.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements for Hotel Sales executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain highly sensitive/confidential files.
• Deliver service aligned with MGM Resorts’ standards and brand attributes; build positive client relationships.
• Assist in responding to customer correspondence and requests and support Executives during absence.
