Job summary

Structural Building Solutions is seeking full-time, on-site Sales Coordinators for multiple locations: Thurmont, MD; Trinity, NC; and Bishopville, SC. The role grows from data entry and administrative support to advanced coordination, technical knowledge, and leadership responsibilities.

Primary focus includes entering and maintaining data, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring accurate project information.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior Sales Coordinators (Levels 1 & 2) and support team growth.
• Contribute to scaling the business by participating in process improvements.
