Responsibilities

• Analyze calls, customer history, system info, and tickets to uncover sales opportunities.
• Match customers with the right technician and Project Manager.
• Connect with 60–100 customers per day via phone, email, and text.
• Grow memberships using empathy, urgency, and trust-building.
• Re‑engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities.
• Support Project Managers with closing and follow‑up conversations.
