Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas invites applications for the Sales Coordinator II role. This position provides high-level administrative support to several Sales Executives, acting as a liaison between properties and clients to sustain exceptional service standards and brand alignment.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, coordinating travel, tours, and meetings, and maintaining schedules while protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of guest service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in hospitality or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and alerts.
• Liaise with travel advisors and operations to fulfill requests.
• Be a resource on resort activities and amenities for clients.
• Set up site/FAM tours and coordinate keys, dining, and client requirements.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Sales Executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain confidential files.
