Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare proposals and contracts. The role emphasizes organization, client service, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and comfortable handling administrative tasks, data entry, and general office duties while learning about all aspects of sales, catering, and hotel

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Experience is not required
• Certifications may be considered

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales and catering managers and directors with clerical tasks and guest service so that they can focus on closing business.
• Respond to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; perform word processing, typing, e-mailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail; assist with general office duties and special projects as needed
• Support the Director of Sales and coordinate meetings and events to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
