The position emphasizes professional client interactions, accurate document handling, and adherence to sustainability practices under the EarthView program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and relay account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to departments.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize copies of contracts and correspondence.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space, and banquet space as needed.
• Support EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
