Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the vital link between the front desk and the sales team, assisting group and meeting reservations and supporting contracts and room blocks to ensure guests and corporate clients receive exactly what was promised.

As a part of Concord, you will contribute to event planning from pre-event to post-event, learn hotel systems and sales processes, and participate in ongoing training.

Aufgaben

• Be first contact for incoming sales calls and respond promptly to internal partners and external customers.
• Manage room blocks, reports, and key dates for groups and events.
• Coordinate pre-event, event, and post-event details with internal teams and clients.
• Learn and use Delphi, CI/TY, PMS and related sales tools to support sales strategy.
• Attend required internal meetings and reporting sessions.
