The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. The primary responsibility will be to track sales orders from initial contract signing to delivery. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order pipelines and oversee the customer journey from order processing through final delivery, working closely with branch operations, sales engineers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless execution and communication.
• At least two years of customer service experience in a sales environment; experience within the construction industry a plus
• Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
