Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle routine sales office work and administrative duties at the community, greeting guests, presenting information about homes, and supporting the Sales team. The role requires 1 year in a sales coordination or administrative position, strong customer service and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales coordinator or in another administrative position.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry in a timely manner.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and establish rapport with guests, residents, and prospects.
• Handle routine sales office work and general administrative duties.
• Assist with marketing materials for homes for sale and community events.
• Review listings, show homes, and assist with rental applications as directed.
• Enter leads into NetSuite and coordinate with underwriting for approvals.
• Code invoices and statements for supervisor approval; resolve resident questions.
• Maintain office supplies and prepare lease documents as needed.
• Support resident relations events and keep records per operations manual.
