We’re a production and post-production company working with brands and agencies on advertising and commercial work. Our projects are relationship-driven and detail-led, and we value clarity, taste, and follow-through. We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support client outreach and relationship development related to production work. This role is sales-focused and operational, and works closely with leadership and producers to help initiate and manage new client conversations. This is a part-time, contract role (not a full‑time employee position), designed for someone looking for consistent sales-focused work alongside other commitments.

• Support client outreach to brands, agencies, and potential partners
• Track contacts, conversations, and follow-ups
• Maintain momentum across active sales conversations
• Assist with proposals, decks, and pricing coordination
• Maintain clear sales and relationship records
• Coordinate internally around scope, timing, and next steps
