Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, project coordinator, or similar support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in production, events, construction or related industry is a plus.
