Job summary

The Entrust Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Sales Executives by nurturing relationships with clients and business partners, driving new account generation, and delivering exceptional service. You will manage onboarding, guide clients through account setup and funding, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to hit sales goals.

This non-commissioned role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel for trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration is required.
• Two years of finance experience is preferred.
• Two years of CRM and other sales/marketing tools experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Executives in fostering relationships with clients and partners to generate new accounts and service existing clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding, account setup and funding processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to meet company objectives and sales goals.
• Manage onboarding and account activation, ensuring client confidence and clarity throughout the process.
• Support Sales Executives and the Sales organization across the territory.
