Job summary

Trailhead Media is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to provide essential operational, administrative, and strategic support to the sales team. You’ll ensure smooth sales processes, accurate reporting, onboarding, and high-quality client deliverables, serving as a resource for Strategic Growth Advisors and Portfolio Account Executives.

You will manage weekly reports, APX budgets, and training materials while supporting AEs with invoices, materials, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (APX preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva).
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports and opportunity projections to leadership.
• Enter and manage budgets and serve as the APX support lead.
• Maintain and update sales tools and training materials (APX, Canva, GeoPath, HiHello).
• Support AEs with approvals, invoicing coordination, and materials (presentations, maps, campaigns).
• Coordinate marketing assets (one-sheets, business cards, flyers) and onboarding for new AEs.
