championhomes in Worthington, Minnesota is looking for an individual to assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations related to the Marketing and Sales Programs. Responsibilities include answering calls, taking orders, managing newsletters, and updating online materials.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience, strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations.
• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• Take customer orders when Salesmen are unavailable.
• Compile information for quarterly newsletters.
• Update photographs and websites with new model information.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Handle correspondence for the department.
• Check accounts receivables and report issues.

Summary

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.
• Checks accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
