Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you're not here to push papers, you're here to analyze, optimize, and elevate the performance of our Sales Team. You will turn data into insights, identify process gaps, and keep our sales machine running at peak performance while providing guidance to homeowners on the financing front. You will serve as the primary point of contact between homeowners, appraisers, inspectors, underwriters, and closing agents, proactively addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely progression toward successful loan completion and funding disbursement.
About the Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Sales Team, ensuring they have accurate data, clear processes, and everything they need to close more deals. Your job is to help the team win by keeping finance operations tight, efficient, and scalable.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own sales financing reporting - track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide leadership with the insights they need to make decisions
- Audit and maintain our CRM - ensure accurate data entry and adherence to sales processes
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and work with leadership to fix them
- Help train and onboard sales team members on CRM and financing best practices and workflow improvements
- Monitor lead and deal progression to ensure the team is following up and closing opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role within a sales-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data auditing
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of home improvement lending space
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting tools
