Job summary

The Raymond Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator in Kansas City, MO to streamline sales operations and support account managers and customers. You will manage end-to-end sales processes for equipment and systems projects, partnering with sales, accounting, and vendors in the intralogistics space.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and able to handle multiple orders, invoicing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and 2–4 years of coordination experience in sales or projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• In office position with limited remote work; experience with sales orders, invoicing and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, track shipments, and coordinate equipment/materials orders.
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and support lease management.
• Process monthly billing and assist collections as needed.
• Prepare internal accounting paperwork and support monthly/quarterly/yearly audits.
