Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives, enabling more effective selling and optimized customer opportunities. The role blends remote work with occasional onsite presence across West Region offices, including Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years in a sales, sales support or sales analysis role with a prior track record for providing key customer support and maintaining customer relations is required.
• Experience with analytics and preparing presentations to report findings is required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Ability to learn proprietary US Foods systems: eCommerce, Salesforce.com (SOUS), PRISM, SODS, CDMR, Tandem.
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with prioritizing, preparing, performing, and pursuing customer opportunities.
• Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to drive profitability and service improvements.
• Prepare Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and tracking follow-ups.
• Maintain customer shopping lists and order guides to prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate and track promotions, rebates, and new item requests.
• Assist with new customer setup and onboarding.
