Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience mentoring a team or leading teams.
• Experience with CRM implementation and sales performance reporting.
• Background in consultative sales, account management, or sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation and growth of Harbinger's Sales Consulting department.
• Manage SCC team and partner relationships to ensure commitments are delivered.
• Oversee department performance, KPIs, and reporting to leadership.
• Develop proposals and expansion opportunities for partners; join late-stage conversations when needed.
• Own departmental processes, SOPs, templates, and playbooks for consistency.
