Texas Floor & Home by Carpet One in Frisco, TX is hiring experienced Sales Consultants to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close with confidence in a busy showroom. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences
• Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers
• Schedule appointments for client design consultations
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Measure spaces, estimate materials, present proposals, product suggestions, manage payments & oversee project quality
• Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos
• Utilize social media to create networking groups & prospect for new business
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' proven work experience in Flooring Sales, Furniture Sales, Kitchen & Bath/Cabinet Sales, Home Improvement/Remodeling Sales, or similar role
• Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM programs
• Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
• Personal & professional judgment
• Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Quick to help customers get what they need
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
• Time management skills & detailed oriented
• Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus - willing to train
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train
• Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person
