As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Stokes Hodges Ford. Your responsibilities include providing a welcoming atmosphere and helping customers find the best vehicle for their needs. Successful candidates will have a competitive spirit and strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential customers.

Essential Duties:

• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery.
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve effectiveness.
• Introduce customers to the service department to highlight available services.
• Deliver vehicles, ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in auto sales.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods in all weather conditions.
