AEON Staffing Group, a regional renewable energy staffing specialist, seeks Sales Consultants to drive solar project sales across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. This field-based, full-time role offers a base salary of $30,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings up to $200,000.

Job Overview

Our client, a regional renewable energy company focused on residential and small commercial solar projects, is looking to bring on a number of Sales Consultants to drive sales across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. This full-cycle sales role is a full-time, permanent role with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a sales pipeline from start to finish, including lead generation, customer qualification, and closing contracts.
• Conduct consultative in-home sales presentations to educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of adopting solar power.
• Provide customer support, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first point of contact through to contract signing.
• Actively participate in advanced strategy and training sessions and stay updated on solar industry trends.
• Effectively manage appointments, follow-ups, and self-generated leads.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Direct sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Prior experience in Solar, roofing, and/or HVAC sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated mindset.
