About the Role

Pinnacle Exteriors is looking for a competitive and results-oriented sales professional to join our Roofing and Solar division. If you're a natural closer with a strong sense of accountability, we’ll give you the platform, leads, and training you need to thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who’s hungry to grow, motivated by earnings, and ready to exceed expectations in a fast-paced industry.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 10–12 qualified, company-generated leads per week
• Generate 2 self-sourced leads weekly through strategic canvassing
• Present and close solar and roofing solutions to residential customers
• Track appointments, confirmations, and signed contracts using our CRM
• Hit or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas
• Provide a seamless customer experience from consultation to contract
• Proven experience in sales (solar, roofing, or home improvement preferred)
• Strong closer with a track record of meeting performance metrics
• Confident communicator with a solutions-first mindset
• Self-starter who thrives on accountability and structure
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
• On-Target Earnings: $150K+ (uncapped commission)
• Weekly Pay (paid Fridays or the previous business day)
• Fuel Card: Available monthly for reps exceeding $235K in net sales
• Top Rep Incentive: Company vehicle, fuel card & toll pass awarded monthly
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
