Finray Solar LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Solar Sales Associate to join our Wilmington, Delaware team. This full-time position focuses on connecting homes and small businesses with community solar options and scheduling solar consultations when needed.

Based in our office with travel and field work, you will engage customers, build product knowledge, and drive sales towards subscribing to local solar solutions.

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact on your community? We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven full-time Entry Level Solar Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms and/or helping homeowners schedule consultations for solar panels at their home. This role will be based out of our Wilmington, Delaware office, but requires travel and outside field work.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:As a Solar Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential and small business customers in your community. You'll educate them about the advantages of subscribing to a local community solar farm and/or the benefits of solar panels on their property, emphasizing the environmental benefits and cost savings.

Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in solar energy and our community solar offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.

Sales Targets:You'll have sales targets to meet, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers into enthusiastic community solar subscribers.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Passion for Renewable Energy:A genuine passion for clean, renewable energy and a desire to promote sustainability.
• Sales Experience:Previous sales experience, especially in the energy sector, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Self-Motivated:A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Flexibility:Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
• Full and Valid Driver's license(not a permit) is an asset but not mandatory.

• Expected yearly pay, 1st year with no experience: $44,000.00 - $75,000.00
