Qualifications

• Three or more years of successful sales experience and a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities; build relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, architects, and business owners; follow up on all leads; and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, networking, and business-development activities; prepare and present proposals while protecting company profit margins; coordinate with estimating, operations, and production teams.
