Job summary

Eide Chevrolet in Mandan, ND is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Consultants. No experience is required; we provide extensive training, a base salary or commission, and a path to earnings through performance.

You will build relationships with customers, present products, stay informed on pricing, and contribute to store sales through proactive follow-up. We offer a 5‑day work week, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• No experience required; extensive training program provided.
• Outgoing personality helpful to succeed in the auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and act on opportunities.
• Present products and services to develop relationships with potential clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans.
• Be aware of the market by tracking competitive offers and provide feedback to Sales Manager.
• Make two‑day and two‑week follow-up calls with customers to offer additional services.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acting upon opportunities.
• Effectively present products and services to and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans.
• Know the market by keeping up with competitive offers and be able to provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Making two-day and two-week follow-up calls with customers to check in with them and to offer additional services.
